PETERSON BERNARD CONCEALS IDENTITY OF INSURANCE ADJUSTER

PETERSON BERNARD AGAIN DECEIVES PLAINTIFF

Defendants Skip Quillen and Tom Gilbertson without Adjuster

Yabba Island Grill Owners Quillen and Gilbertson continued their

defamation and libel.

No insurance adjuster appeared at the May 12, 2009, Mediation Conference.

Peterson Bernard concealed the identity of any adjuster.

Counsel W. M. Martin instructed Defendants not to identify any adjuster.

In the absence of any adjuster, Peterson Bernard was unauthorized to settle

and deceived the Plaintiff.

Yabba Island Grill Owners Skip Quillen and Tom Gilbertson watched

while Peterson Bernard mislead the Plaintiff.

Peterson Bernard falsely pretended that it had a right to take a deposition. However, Counsel Martin had failed to appear, and the Rules prevented Martin from taking any deposition.

Counsel William M. Martin fabricated that Defendants had made a previous offer.

Peterson Bernard and Martin had also concocted an arrest for trespass and

slandered the Plaintiff.

Plaintiff’s Motions for Sanctions, Cost, and Damages will be heard this June.
